Loco Joe's Hobbies Return Policy

Loco Joe's Hobbies is not responsible for manufacturer defects. Defects including but not limited to, paint quality, paint color, scratch marks, glue marks, imperfections, stop running for any reason, etc. Products with these issues and others should be returned to the manufacturer since they are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

- You have 15 days, from date of purchase, to return or exchange an item(s).

- Returned items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

- All Book sales are final.

- Defective Digital Command Control (DCC) products including locomotives with decoders must be returned to the manufacturer for replacement.

- Any item(s) purchased more than 15 days past the original date of purchase must be returned to the manufacturer.

- Customer must call use at 304-229-8220 for a Return Authorization number.

- The returned item(s) must also include the original box and packing materials and have the RA number written on the outside of the shipping box.

- We will not accept any altered items for returns or exchanges.

- Replacements, exchanges and/or credits will be shipped / processed once we receive the returned item(s).

- Any items returned that have not received an approved RA number will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
